Huddle Touch Ministry

This football, volleyball, and basketball season, Huddle Touch has touched and ministered to 21 different teams, both girls and boys. Each week Huddle Touch provides a message and meal for many student athletes that would not otherwise have a meal. The number of teams increase almost weekly. Thus far this season we’ve had 406 decisions for Christ by students, coaches, faculty, and parents. Will you give an end-of-the-year gift to help Huddle Touch continue to touch and changes lives for the cause of Christ? We need your help. Will you help us? Thank you in advance for your gift that keeps on giving.

Community Unity

In 2014, we held six Community Unity Days which included 11 area high schools. The schools included: Blake, Middleton, King, Leto, Robinson, Tampa Bay Tech, Durant, Chamberlain, Jefferson, Sickles, and Hillsborough. At each service, Central hosted team players, coaching staff, parents, faculty, and administrators for a day of fellowship and unity. At several of the services, we were also joined by our local community service groups. The Tampa Police and Fire Department spoke to the congregation of members and guests, reminding us that we are all crucial to creating and maintaining a productive community.

WAM!

Will Altered Matter! The difference between winning and losing is more mental than physical. Most teams are physically and talent evenly matched. Therefore, the difference is the will to win. Talent matters, but it’s not the deciding factor...

Men of Valor Conference

The Men of Valor Conference has a twofold purpose. First, it is designed to be a time to speak into the lives of fathers, sons, single men of all ages, student athletes, and at risk young men. It's a time of enlightenment, encouragement, and enjoyment. Secondly, it is the vehicle that funds our annual Huddle Touch budget. Huddle Touch is currently reaching 25 high school teams in Hillsborough County and 3 college campuses in the Tampa Bay area and beyond. This fall, we will expand to include 4 high schools in West Palm Beach Florida and 8 high schools in Miami, Florida.

This year’s Conference theme is Each One, Reach One – Each One, Bring One. The conference is all about investing, blessing, challenging, and encouraging young men so that as a city and community, we might reap the harvest of young men, making a positive impact in our city, nation and beyond.
